Steps for transferring your current phone number into the T-Mobile NCASEF program:
Customers can schedule a port, via self-serve options in their T-Mobile Account Hub once their account has been set up:
https://www.t-mobile.com/support/business/account-hub-registration
Each new line of service (Device and/or SIM) will come active with a temporary phone number.
Steps to port in you existing number from another carrier:
Port in your phone number from another carrier - the port in phone number will replace the temporary phone number on the line of service. Do not activate a new line of service.
- Register and log in to Account Hub
- Go to ‘Manage Accounts’
- Select the temporary phone number to replace (port in)
- Select ‘Transfer number’
- Enter ‘Number to Transfer’
- Select a ‘Date/Time’ (when would you like the port to start. Today=ASAP; future date=##/##/## day at midnight)
- Enter the ‘Account Number’ for your current (non T-Mobile) provider you are transferring from
- Provide the ‘Password/PIN’ for your current (non T-Mobile) provider you are transferring from
Ports typically transfer within (10) minutes to an hour. Further delays are typically due to an incorrect PIN/password or account number being provided.
To check on the status of a port, or provide updated account information customers should call the T-Mobile Porting Center at: 1-877-789-3106
